Flagship restaurant of the four-star Valamar Riviera Hotel, the Spinnaker is a notch above in every sense: decor, presentation, location, service and locally sourced ingredients from sea and land. It’s one of those places where the waiter explains each dish to the diner, without being obtrusive about it – ‘here’s your lamb with tomato concasse, asparagus and garlic cream, enjoy!’ – and the sea bass is deftly placed before you as a work of art. Quality wines to suit the surroundings.
