Trinity Oriental Fusion Lounge
Time Out says
Sister restaurant of popular sushi joint Shizuku, Trinity delivers quality Thai, Chinese and Japanese cuisine in an enjoyably chic space: vases stand in wall niches illuminated by red-purplish light; wine bottles are mounted in the ceiling above the bar. The menu revolves around sushi, Pad Thai, Chinese noodle dishes, and green and red curries: no surprises therefore, but everything is so perfectly prepared that you are pretty much guaranteed a suave and satisfying experience. They give you what you already know, in other words, but do it superbly well. And you do get the fine-dining touch of a tasty (and un-billed) amuse-bouche to start with. Music is electro-ethnic chill-out; service sharp and attentive.
