Traditional techniques of weaving, silk embroidery, sewing and craft-making are employed by local women at this workshop and souvenir store in a large downstairs area of the multi-tasked Lazareti complex. You shouldn't just buy out of goodwill – the items on offer are of good quality, colourful and original, a million miles away from the Asian-made toot and trash purveyed as souvenirs in the Old Town.
