The name translates as ‘Croatian Splendour’ and it’s a pretty fair description of what you get, to be honest. Pretty much every branch of authentic Croatian deli produce can be found in here somewhere. Alongside regulars such as wine, olive oil and truffles, you’ll also find pumpkin-seed oil, natural bottled fruit juices, speciality rakijas (including rarely seen brands such as myrtle), home-made tagliatelle-style pastas flavoured with nettles, hemp tea, salami made from Istrian boškarin cattle… the list is endless. They also sell freshly made fritule, tasty deep-fried dough balls sprinkled with icing sugar, from a stall outside.
