This annual event, at one of Zagreb's top hotels, brings together wine exhibitors from all over Croatia and further afield. Taste hundreds of wines and drink them alongside tasty delicacies of dried ham, cheeses and olive oil. Let the experts guide you through great vintages, pulled from dusty wine cellars to the fresh, crisp taste of organic or biodynamic wines. Whether you enjoy a mature blend, a flirty sweet variety, or an inky liquorice vino you will be spoilt by the range on offer. Vincom brings together 300 of the finest winemakers from Croatia and abroad. You'll sample all the Croatian greats here: Plavac Mali, Pošip, Malvazija Istarska, Graševina, plus plenty of produce from smaller-scale wineries. The paid-for workshops are a highlight: run by expert sommeliers and winemakers, you are guaranteed to leave feeling more knowledgeable - and probably a little woozy.
