Aya review Rate it

Very popular with brunching shoppers (there are always a few European dishes on the conveyor belt), as well as with Dublin's sushi lovers, Aya is a slick, minimalist Japanese restaurant manned by discreet uniformed staff. Yakitori, norimaki, tataki and sushi - it all comes revolving past, and although the quality rarely creeps above average, there are certain dishes on the menu itself (the beef tataki, say, or the noodle dishes) that are reliably good. Deals can be had during 'twilight' hours, when there is plenty of grub to be offloaded from the conveyor belt. The deli sells everything from not-very-Japanese egg mayonnaise sarnies to hot teriyaki dishes and lots of Japanese condiments to take home.
