When you step into Cocodema, brought to life by Sibel Gürcüoğlu, who creates plant-focused designs with an upcycling and enduring aesthetic approach, the first thing that greets you is the fresh atmosphere created by the plants. Every detail in the space has been meticulously considered; objects blend with nature's aesthetic, and the décor is simple and characterful. Moreover, most of the objects and furniture are available for purchase. The coffee menu, prepared with beans from various regions, offers classic options as well as innovative surprises. For matcha enthusiasts, the menu includes a few special recipes; don't miss out! Now, let's move on to the dessert menu… Fresh croissants can accompany your morning coffee here. If you love cheesecake, you should definitely stop by Cocodema. Their seasonal fig, coffee, and strawberry cheesecake varieties are freshly made daily. Noğa Lemon Cheesecake, a tie-in with Noğa Coffee in Rize's Çağlayan Village, is a clear favorite.
