A classic tapas dish, the patatas bravas are flavorful enough to prove that Moro is on the right path: the spicy potato bites are as crispy as you’d expect, as they’ve obviously been fried more than once. In addition to traditional Spanish dishes like gazpacho and Catalan paella, you’ll also find Basque-inspired pintxos.
