The official name is Carlos Anjos Garden, but it is better known as Passarinhos - “Birdies” - Garden. It is not an exaggeration to describe it as epicentre of local life in Monte Estoril; natives seek it for the barebones kiosk, where they can have an espresso and read the newspaper, while kids have a playground a little below, an ideal spot to keep an eye on them while enjoying your coffee.
