Trafaria Praia (CLOSED)

This old ferry was transformed by Joana Vasconcelos into Portugal's pavilion for the 2013 Venice Biennale. The artist covered part of the exterior with a tile panel that depicts Lisbon today; inside, some of her most tactile artworks are on show. Three times a day, the vessel takes a one-hour turn on the Tagus.
