A few years ago, Visconde da Luz Garden, right in the middle of Cascais, got a merry-go-round worthy of a fairy tale, in a rococo style with lights that go on at night. Horses, chickens, baskets and even a chariot, ideal for parents with babies or toddlers. Jubilo Carrossel - that’s its name - came to stay, and it is open daily. Some children are so devoted to the ride that their parents swear they spent enough money on the merry-go-round to buy the thing themselves.
