Espalhafato Bar

This bar is little more than a corridor but it manages to squeeze in a tiny stage on which a three-man combo belts out soul and funk standards until closing time. On Sundays there's samba - complete with cavaquinho and pandeiro. The beer is cheap and there are various cocktails and shots, as well as burgers and bifanas (pork sandwich). Down the street, Spot (no.25) caters to a young crowd with cheap beer and cocktails, plus live pop and rock covers.
