Time Out's restaurant critic Jaime Abreu describes this as an “honest” place, with good homemade food at fair prices. He recommends the filetes de garoupa (grouper) served with tiny chips, or the bacalhau à Brás (codfish with egg, olives and potato). Just get to it.
