Founded early in 2014 by Aron Vargas, a disciple of Takashi Yoshitake, chef of the much-missed Aya, this little restauarant (seating just 28) has the freshest fish around. We recommend the sushi to sashimi and the chirashi (a bowl of cooked vinegared rice with slices of fish).
