At this more informal spin-off of Ljubomir Stanisic's original 100 Maneiras, the menu ranges further afield, taking in his native Yugoslavia. Perennials include Balkan-style burek pastry stuffed with chard and cheese, sole with açorda (traditional Portuguese bread soup), steak tartare, and a salmon burger served in bread made with cuttlefish ink.
