Bonsai celebrated in late 2016 its 30th anniversary. That is 30 years of fine Japanese dining, which doesn't just mean sushi. Here is a consistent mix of traditional Japanese hot dishes (hot pot and real noodles) and raw, fresh, well cut fish (almost always including toro, the belly part of the tuna). The kitchen has gone through several sushimen – it is currently led by Lucas Azevedo – but its quality has always remained high, interestingly enough. We thus look forward to the next 30 years.

– The best lunch menu in the city in terms of price/quality ratio (10€).
– Every fortnight, on Saturdays during warm months, they make an excellent ramen.
– Even desserts are Japanese.
