This may be 'just' a burger bar, but its menu and setting in a cavernous former warehouse with a terrace right on the river ensure that it stands out from the crowd. It serves a wide range of burgers in various types of warmed buns, including alfarroba (carob), as well as tasty freshly cooked snacks. The drinks range from unusual herbal teas to great cocktails and there are interesting desserts. Cais da Pedra is overseen by inventive chef Henrique Sá Pessoa.
