The kitchen under chef Bruno Caseiro has been a gastronomic landmark round these parts since 2018. It’s a status Cavalariça retains to this day. In Comporta this restaurant is synonymous with relaxation and sharing. The menu is seasonal and makes the most of regional produce. A highlight is the Alentejo pork neck croquettes with clam mayonnaise and mustard, and the skate with spinach and ancienne mustard.
