Crave

They’re all over Instagram: healthy bowls. That’s what Crave serves at Amoreiras Shopping Center for customers who like to
eat healthy but also enjoy the pleasure of comfort food. According to Martin Tresca, one of the restaurant’s partners, the Portuguese market didn’t have as many options of this type of food as, for example, the US, where he previously worked. That had to change. He spoke to his brother Tiago, they hired chef Vasco Palha, and Crave came to life. The menu really is healthy: salmon is cooked at low temperatures, salt is replaced by thyme and all sauces are homemade.
