Does it make sense for a Nepalese restaurant to steal the name of the most famous mountain in your country? Yes. Does it make sense that it has a brother and gives it the same name? Of course. And that there are three more with the same nomenclature in the city? Maybe not. Do not get confused: the two Alvalade ones belong to the same group and are great places to sample food from Nepal. Either a chicken vindalu, a lamb tikka massala or a saag paneer, always using the paratha bread as cutlery. And do not forget to warn about the intensity of the spice you want in the order.
Perfect for: discovering the happiest waiters in Lisbon.
Must try: saag paneer, cheese cubes in a spinach sauce.
