The laws of the smokestack apply to all dishes of this cool restaurant, neighbour to the Adamastor - perfect for dining after drinks with a view in the late afternoon. This means that from the starters to the desserts, all dishes have an element that passes through the smoker. It is recommended the smoked roast beef salad with radishes, the mushroom and asparagus fry, the ox rib sandwich and port wine and the bacon pastries with cardamom foam. Wednesdays are ribs baked in the oven day.
