What is happening in the restaurant's laboratory, in full view of the customers is pure magic: 150 grams of Black Angus meat, inside a brioche bread made right there, toasted inside, combined with quality ingredients and accompanied by onion rings. Anyothing on the menu is good, and goes well with both the XL (yes) milkshakes and the craft beers.
