Honorato

It was Márcio Honorato who, back in 2011, started what was to become something of a local craze for gourmet burgers; he now has three other branches in Lisbon (and one across the pond in his native Brazil). The burgers here, from the austere Troika to the over-the-top Honorato, come in standard and mini sizes, with a generous helping of perfectly crispy chips. There are caipirinhas and other cocktails, and DJ sets on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
