Time Out says
The restaurants offer in the riverside area of Cais do Sodré has grown, but the original Ibo (not the shellfish, nor the coffee house) remains the best there is to eat in the area. The most romantic tables are the ones in the first floor, in front of the window, the terrace has a very privileged location and the Mozambican food, with some Portuguese dishes more important than everything else, remains excellent. Try the wild prawns the Laurentina way, shredded crab curry or kid's chacti.
Perfect for: a leisurely lunch on sunny days (bring sunglasses).
Must try: wild prawns the Laurentina way.
