Time Out says
They don’t serve any meat or fish at Juicy, it's all plant based. The menu is all vegan except for two or three recipes that are marked on the letter with a V for vegetarian. In this restaurant, designed by Studio Astolfi, the main dish is juicy flat bread, that can be served topped with za'atar (a mixture of spices commonly used in the Middle East) in a wood-fired oven, and used for well-stuffed wraps. The Freshly made juices and soup of the day made with vegetables from Herdade do Freixo do Meio are unique.
