Pizzas are common,auteur pizzas less so. At La Puttana, chef Nuno Bergonse signs off on a menu where classic pizzas (spicy diavolas and simple Margheritas) rub shoulders with more daring kinds, in an airy room with two long tables and a single large window that they open on warmnights.
