Sometimes all we need is a pizza. Since you’re in Cascais, we’ll recommend this restaurant whose speciality are pizzas from Naples (that usually have a thicker dough, more humidity in the centre, and a longer fermentation process than Roman pizzas). That’s what Time Out learned while visiting the restaurant – and now we can shamelessly say that Neapolitan pizzas are approved. These ones are made by a Brazilian pizzaiolo, however: Humberto came to Portugal 25 years ago, created a bathing suit brand along with his wife, and about 4 years ago decided he wanted to make pizzas. He fled to Italy to learn the tricks and came back to Cascais to share them with us. Most of his suppliers are from Naples. Just check if you have the time: it’s not the quickest of services.
