Loco
Time Out says
Alexandre Silva has made brilliant history in Lisbon and has shown that irreverence and risk are two important factors in the life of a chef. In his Loco there is a suspended olive tree attached to the ceiling, a kitchen open to the living room, and a host of other details, such as homemade fermented liquors and juices, which depict the disruptive project he wanted to create by opening a fine dining in his own name, with two tasting menus (80 and 90 €). Got the star in 2017, repeated the feat this year and will not stop here.
Perfect for: having an original creative high cuisine experience from start to finish.
Must try: all the dishes that the chef will think of sending to the table.
