The famous Yum Cha Garden opened in 2010 and was known for bringing people to a square in Oeiras to eat dim sum. It underwent a recent name change and now goes by Macau Dim Sum, but everything else remains as good as ever. Go for the Peking duck, the noodles or the dumplings – the dumplings in particular. Chef Liu Yun Zhi is an expert, and his menu has 55 different dim sums, prepared on site only after you order them.
Time Out tips:
– A younger sibling is located in the Amoreiras.
– Peking duck takes almost 24 hours to be prepared (12 hours for drying alone).
– To help you choose, the entire menu comes with pictures.
