In the last year, Olivier da Costa felt that it was time to return to his origins, closed Olivier Avenida for a few weeks, remodeled it from one end to the other (the room is brighter) and reopened the doors with a washed face, with the promise that he would spend more time here - after all this is, and always will be, the crown jewel of the group. He replayed a few dishes from his early years of cooking, joined some to share to the mix, but he kept the classics such as the Olivier salad, the brunch in the cold months and the lunch menus (at 18 €).
Perfect for: accompanying the meal with good cocktails.
Must try: the KOB picanha with house linguini and truffle sauce.
