This restaurant has changed from the hands of chef Rui Paula, who was the chef for the year, to Olivier da Costa, who opened Seen, a concept already tested in São Paulo, Brazil. It is both a bar and a restaurant, with a certain tropicality just at the entrance, where there is an imposing natural tree trunk inside the bar, with artificial leaves covering much of the ceiling and has incredible views.
