Away from the hustle of Chiado's main drag, this refined yet friendly restaurant has one of the most amazing views you'll find in any Lisbon dining room. The food is fairly conservative Portuguese fare, expertly prepared and served, in the form of seasonal lunch and dinner à la carte menus that include tasty vegetarian options, or a more elaborate degustação (tasting menu, €43.50). Reservations are essential but Tágide Wine & Tapas is a walk-in bar downstairs with a similarly stunning view and a range of excellent Portuguese wines and snacks.
