The Decadent may no longer be on the tip of the tongue when we need cool places to dine out (here at Time Out it’s common practice), but when we're going to rummage through the hippocampus to get a more concrete answer, there it is. A restaurant where you still pay little and eat well; to be able to go on weekend nights when you want to see beautiful people; to be presented with an idyllic patio-terrace with tables to gather several friends around. The menu changes seasonally, but the steak never disappears.
Perfect for: making a two in one, with dinner and drinks, or vice versa, without leaving the site.
Must try: Portugal on a plate, a loose rice with fish and shrimp.
