“It’s always Summer somewhere”, reads the slogan at the entrance to this relatively recent downtown store of Cantê, a Portuguese brand of bikinis and swimming cossies. The tropical ambience is not just in the colourful patterns of the items on sale; it's throughout the space on Rua Garrett, with surfboards, flowery cushions, and plants. The designers' studio is open to the public, if you want to see the creative process before heading off to the beach.
