Navid Nuur: Phantom Fuel

There must be something in Holland’s water, because Tehran-born Navid Nuur is another artist who lives and works in the Lowlands. The conceptualist’s first UK show, ‘Phantom Fuel’, is full of playful sculptural installations where full-stops grow to preposterous sizes or a patched-up neon circle continues to flicker and cling on to life.
