The late American author, who committed suicide in 2008 aged 46, never finished his last book 'The Pale King', but Little, Brown and Company are publishing it this month. Wallace's agent Bonnie Nadell joins Michael Pietsch – Wallace's US editor – and authors Chatherine O'Flynn and Paul Murray to read from and discuss 'The Pale King'.
