Review by Joshua Rothkopf Unusually for a horror director, Ari Aster knows the real world is awful enough. Life doles out plenty of pain. ‘Hereditary’, his 2018 feature debut and one of the scariest movies in a decade, basically went: My grief ov...

Turns out, Pixar’s sentient toys can still make us cry: Nearly 25 years after their cinematic debut, the sweetly selfless plastic pals return in a fourth ‘Toy Story’, one charged by the animated series’ thematic essence of finding purpose in being...

The Warrens – Lorraine (Vera Farmiga) and Ed (Patrick Wilson) – don’t scare easily. Even if you haven’t squirmed your way through the first two ‘Conjuring’ movies (they make for a fun double bill with the lights off), or their increasingly diluted...

‘I didn’t think I would have to save the world this summer,’ says a near-terrified Peter Parker (Tom Holland, still charmingly dorky) near the front end of ‘Spider-Man: Far from Home’. Little more than two months have passed since ‘Avengers: Endga...

In desperate need of repairs, with a sticky, smelly carpets and no air condition.
If you are booking a seat I would recommend to book a premium one as standard ones are really narrow with almost no space in between.

Tastemaker

Camden Odeon is a well-positioned yet hidden branch of the Odeon cinemas. Positioned just a couple of minutes away from Camden tube station, similarly to the other Odeon cinemas they show a selection of the latest releases. It is pretty old and needs some serious TLC, but it has a mind-blowingly good snack selection. I'm talking roughly 20 flavours of popcorn in nifty dispensers and a frozen yoghurt bar! Overall it's convenient and good for what it is. Toilets are a 5/10.
