The actual address is not given and the actual name is Hyde Park Mansions, a private property, not a service apartment. There was a notice written on the ground floor warning that it is not a hotel. There was no check in reception and a lady was promised to meet us but it never happened. We called at the number given at booking.com but it was a wrong number. Another number was given and it was the cleaner's. When we called her, she promised to meet us at No. 8 Edgware Road. Instead, her boyfriend came to the door and she appeared a few minutes later.

The whole thing just doesn't sound right at all.

We were promised kitchenware but only a kettle was provided. When we asked for spoons and plates, the cleaner from Poland who spoke poor English lived a few doors away said there was none and she would give us hers from her apartment in a most rude manner. It was only a big room, no kitchen area at all. The place is old and does not look like the photos posted. The sink in the toilet choked and the TV wasn't working. When we asked the cleaner, she said it was working before, hinting that it was our fault that it wasn't working. She told us we need to wait for 1-1.5 hours for a Kanye come to repair. When we asked further for the reason, she shouted at us.

Apart from the location, it was a most horrible experience for us. My advice is to pay a bit more and stay in a hotel.
