The Big Write 2011

This children's literature festival features a long line-up of events, including some for adults, such as a talk on writing and illustrating for children with speakers including Anne McNeil from Hodder Children's Books (Mar 3 6.30pm). Events for young book lovers include an appearance by Michael Rosen (Mar 4 5pm), a drawing game session with Children's Laureate Anthony Browne (Mar 5 2.30pm); storytelling with 'Rastamouse' author Michael de Souza (Mar 6 2.30pm); and 'The Gruffalo' author Axel Scheffler introducing his new picture books (Mar 12 1pm).
