Lluis Mather's Noose + Mark Hanslip/Mike Hurley/Mark Sanders

New band showcase featuring more progressive jazz sounds from Mather's tenor sax/clarinet-led four-piece Noose who feature haunting vocalised melodies from Holly Thomas, colliding with angular riffs and spiky harmonies on works inspired by the likes of Tennyson and Aldous Huxley. Former Outhouse tenorist Hanslip leads a free flowing improv trio alongside pianist Hurley and drummer Sanders.
