Night Works + Roman

The debut show from Gabriel Stebbing's (former Metronomy bassist) latest project Night Works, who blend synth-bending soundscapes with early Steely Dan melodic nuances to create harmony-laden sophistico-pop as on previous singles 'The Eveningtime' and 'Modern European'. In support comes mirror ball wearing one man act Roman, who's been compared to David Byrne, Fred Schneider (B-52s) and Beck, and marries sleek synths and beats with off-kilter grooves.
