Probably the coolest pub in the area by far, hot spot for artistic spirits - and not only- this place offers something else every time you visit. On weekdays you can find film screenings, quiz nights, knitting or life drawing classes, or even lectures -usually about art and architecture- and as if that wasn't enough, a different street food pop up appears daily. The busiest nights are Fridays (after work drinks), and this is when you get the chance to try one of the best burgers in London from the street kitchen that is open only this night. It also serves lunch daily, again offering amazing food in affordable prices and on a good day, the 'beach' area by the canal is as good as it gets!! Did I mention that it also has ping pong tables and a blackboard wall for anyone who wants to leave their doodle? If you're around, there's no other choice.
A real hidden gem in a forgotten part of London, and not just a great bar; the venue hosts awesome community events - from burlesque life drawing, to film nights, to knitting classes!
A little bit of east London comes to south west. Great location and atmosphere - something different for the area.
Quirky place in a wonderful re-developed warehouse close to the river. Even better when Rose Prince was providing Friday lunch!
