From the warm, family-friendly atmosphere and excellent service to the understated interior and enticing menu, L’Antipasto has been a deserved local favourite from time immemorial. Top marks to starters of polenta alla triestina (polenta with wild mushrooms in a creamy dolcelatte sauce) and parma ham with figs. For mains, fettuccine with salmon was super-fresh, with a soul-satisfying richness that made spaghetti bella donna (with olives and anchovies in a tomato and caper sauce) seem rather less exciting by comparison. The tartufo nero, a delightfully calorific ice-cream bombe, rounded off a great meal. On Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday the restaurant halves its prices, drawing crowds and creating a convivial atmosphere worthy of a real Italian kitchen.

A wonderful restaurant whose standards never slip. Great service, friendly and atmospheric.

Anti Pasti is great however i really like the other Italian in Battersea called Positano, this place is amazing i went there last night with 3 people and was truly blown away by the quality of the food and not just that the price was out of this world 3 course meals for £15.95 per head, in London!! i had the ravioli to start 5* Fillet Steak 5* then Creme Brulee we had a bottle of house red and an extra glass of Rose for £60 all in.

Lovely neighbourhood Italian with a satisfying standard menu and great daily specials. Fantastic value on their half price days and unfailingly busy! If you're a fan - one of very few places where you can get freshly made zabaglione for desert.

Best pasta in Wandsworth. Friendly service, good wines and greatest garlic bread!
