The Crown

The Crown is a cool and unique pub to catch up with friends in the East End, whether out front in the beer garden, upstairs on one of the terraces or in the main bar on one of the faux fur stools with full views of the range of real ales, bottles beers and wines choosen by our very own Master of Wine, John Clevely.

Overlooking the gates of Victoria Park, The Crown is perfect for quiet meals for two, big group bookings and a few bevies with some mates.

Full of natural light in the day and lively banter in the evenings, the pub serves lunch and dinner seven days a week (including hangover busting Saturday brunches and hearty Sunday lunches), with an emphasis lying on traditional fresh British food.

This pub is great! Spacious, bright space, both in the main ground floor room and in the upstairs dining roon which you can book up for your events. Delicious beer and wine. And now, the main point... the FOOD! It was delicious! My friend and I shared a chorizo and venison sausage cassoulet and a classic bacon cheeseburger and they were both incredible! The only downside is that it is quite expensive but you can tell from the moment you walk inside to be fair. After a lunch and a few drinks at the pub, I would strongly suggest a big refreshing stroll in Victoria Park right across the road.

Great location next to the park, and they have those big curtains round the door so you don't get a chilly breeze when someone comes in or out (so it's perfect for a post winter walk drink). Good drinks selection, food is generally also good.

The Crown is a great little pub near Victoria Park.It has a good selection of beers and drinks and is a relatively cheap choice. The menu is also interesting and the food not only looks good, but tastes good too.The staff were very friendly and made the visit fun.The decor is simple but elegant.
