The concept is simple: offering only the very best “market fresh” produce for all day dining. Clients are encouraged to choose from the resplendent fish and meat selection, much of the produce coming from their sister restaurant’s own butcher and fishmongers. Their meal is then grilled/seared, which the founders believe is the optimum way of enhancing the natural flavours and preserving the nutrients. All of the food is locally sourced and seasonal, with the menu changing daily to reflect this philosophy.
