Fancy yourself a bit of a foodie? Well, this might just be the competition for you. Our friends at CORD are offering one lucky winner (and a super lucky plus one) the opportunity to join its exclusive Four-Hands Valrhona Dinner Experience for one night only on April 26, 2024. 

Headlining the event are two incredibly well-acclaimed chefs in their own right: Executive Chef Karl O’Dell, who recently joined CORD to head up its kitchen after rising to fame in 2019 on the Great British Menu, and guest Chef Cherish Finden, a renowned pastry chef with a fair few awards and TV appearances under her belt. These include, but are certainly not limited to, cooking on Master Chef and Heston’s Great British Food and judging the Bake Off: The Professionals series.

Together, the two chefs have created a one-off six-course degustation menu, complete with a Valrhona-chocolate infusion throughout every course – yes, the savoury ones, too. The premium French chocolate manufacturer has been creating some of the finest chocolate in the world for the past 100 years, so there’s no doubt you’re in for a treat – pun 100 percent intended. The combination of O’Dell’s knowledge of prime seasonal produce and Finden’s pastry flair is sure to make this a night to remember. Chocoholics, unite.
