Every Friday in March, queer movement collective BEND will be hosting a trio of fitness classes at The London EDITION hotel. Bend and flow offers ‘a creative approach to yoga’, Bend and sweat is a 45-minute HIIT class, and Bend and twist focuses on mobility and beginners’ calisthenics. The class times each Friday are as follows:
- Bend and flow: 7.30-8.30am with Mariana
- Bend and sweat: 12.45-1.30pm with Georgie
- Bend and twist: 5.00-6.00pm with Kole
At the end of each session, which is designed to be a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community and their friends, guests will be offered a selection of juices and refreshments to refuel. The BEND collective has also pledged to offer reduced class rates for those who need the space but don’t have the funds.
