This hit piece of docu-theatre is a portrait of an activist who died young. 23-year-old Rachel Corrie was killed by an Israeli bulldozer while protecting Palestinian homes. Alan Rickman and Guardian editor Katharine Viner created this play from her edited diaries, which follow her journey from poetry-loving teenager to fearless campaigner.
'My Name is Rachel Corrie' was first staged Upstairs at the Royal Court in 2005. This revival for the Young Vic is directed by JMK Award winner Josh Roche.
