Boutique panto legends Charles Court Opera return with their traditionally untraditional Christmas show. Following on from last year’s ‘Beowulf’, the 2022 show is a spin on the Brothers Grimm fairytale about a trickstery imp man who spins straw into gold. As ever, there are a smattering of adults-only performances when the show is cheerily smutted up, though having moved to the more respectable Park Theatre then the majority of shows are suited to an aged eight-plus family audience.
