Cynics might assume that there's nothing anyone could possibly do to bring fresh air to Dickens's festive favourite, as perennial by now as turkey and cranberry sauce. But playwright Adrian Drew has had a go, penning a new adaptation of the cautionary tale of miserly Ebenezer Scrooge and his encounters with various phantoms. The venue is certainly intriguing: the Orangery inside Greenwich's charmingly eccentric Fan Museum.
